Rings for mechanical seals and bearing bushings
Dimensions: diameter up to 420 mm and length up to 450 mm.
Purpose: used in pumps installed in oil fields, mines, power plants.
Operating conditions: lubricated with low-viscosity liquids (water, superheated bidistillate, gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, nitrine, solutions of acids and alkalis). The durability of such rings and bushings can reach up to 60 thousand hours, which is comparable to the resource of the machine itself in which they are used.
Material: selected depending on the operating conditions (VK, VN, KHNPR, VNGr composites, tribonite).
Unique carbide tool
Guillotine knives up to 1000 mm long, equipped with solid carbide plates of the VK15 brand. Such knives are manufactured using butt welding and are used for cutting thin sheet steels and non-metallic materials for various purposes.
Disc knives with a diameter of 200-210 mm, equipped with carbide rings. Used for cutting parts from thin sheet steels and non-metallic materials for various purposes. Diamond grinding and finishing of such knives in thickness are performed with an accuracy of up to 5 microns. Dolbyaks equipped with carbide shaped plates.
Large-sized carbide pipes
Dimensions: length up to 500 mm, diameter up to 110 mm, weight up to 50 kg.
Purpose: blanks for high-pressure plungers, wear-resistant, guides for large-sized dies, spindles of high-precision machines, mold matrices.
Manufacturing specifications: pipes consist of 10 separate identical elements, which are connected into a single pipe using capillary welding; in this case, the welding points are not visible even under a microscope, and no visible defects (pores, gaps, inclusions of harmful phases, unevenness of structural components) can be seen on the entire surface of the pipe.

Used for the synthesis of superhard materials. The mass of parts is up to 120 kg.
Such products are made of hard alloys VK, VN with different binder content and grain sizes of tungsten carbide.
